Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein and the parties irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Québec. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be shall be adjudicated by a competent court of the Province of Quebec, sitting in the judicial district of Montreal, thereby excluding any other forum in any jurisdiction. This provision shall survive the termination of your right to use this Site.

General

These Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Corporation with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating thereto.
